Een onafhankelijke autochtone vrouw in Berlijn, dat ben ik naar het schijnt  En zo voel ik me ook.

Schrijven doe ik op deze blog over Mijn leven als Belgische vrouw in Berlijn. Niets meer, niets minder.  Als ik niet blog, schrijf ik verhalen, gedichten of populair wetenschappelijke artikels. Verder ben ik nogal/redelijk/erg geïnteresseerd in identiteit, ethologie, fenomenologie, muziek, natuur, Amerikaanse televisieseries, schoolsystemen, empathie, literatuur, poëzie, vegetarisme en culinaire culturen, fotografie en andere kunsten. Oh, ik dans ook graag. Tango bijvoorbeeld. Ach, ik vind eigenlijk alles wel interessant. Dat noemen ze postmodern naar het schijnt.

Ik hou van Montaigne, Derrida, Frans De Waal en Marc Bekoff. En van Marc Rothko, Nan Goldin en Caravaggio. En ook van Thomas Dybdahl, Bach, Elbow, The Black Keys en Ella Fitzgerald. Maar ook van Coetzee, Irving en Hustvedt. Maar het meest hou ik toch van Louise en Elmo. Ja, dat zijn mijn kinderen.

Alle teksten en foto’s zijn van mijn hand, tenzij anders vermeld. U mag ze dus niet vrij gebruiken. Geef me gewoon een seintje als u dat toch wil doen.

Ik apprecieer alle opbouwende feedback. En suggesties. En kritiek. Echt waar.

En ik ben niet vies van schrijfopdrachten.

When I’m not blogging, I write. A lot. About everything but mostly about identity, human/animal relations, television series, schoolsystems, empathy, literature, veganism and art.
